  • 1 tablespoon Avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Separate 2 egg whites into a medium bowl and whisk until fluffy and soft peaks form.

In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, almond flour, cream cheese, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture until combined, careful not to deflate.
