  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large Avocado

  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 small Jalapeño pepper
  • 1 large Lime
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Cotija cheese

Directions

Step 1

Wash the Romaine lettuce under cold water. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess moisture. Roughly chop into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Halve the cherry tomatoes. If they are large, quarter them instead. Add to the salad bowl.
