Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 200 grams Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce (preferably low-sodium, gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili paste, or to taste
  • 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 stalks Scallions, sliced
  • 1 whole Lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 0 to taste Salt and pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by thoroughly rinsing the Shirataki noodles under warm water. Drain well and set aside.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
