Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Transfer them to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Peel the cucumber, if desired, then cut it into thin slices. Add to the bowl with the tomatoes.

Pit the Kalamata olives if needed and slice them in half. Add the olives to the bowl.
