  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by peeling the cucumber, then slice it in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to remove the seeds, and then slice it into half-moons and place in a large salad bowl.
