Ingredients

  • 2 medium Cucumbers
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper
  • 100 grams Kalamata olives
  • 150 grams Feta cheese
  • 60 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by washing the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes thoroughly.

Cut the cucumbers lengthwise and slice them thinly. Place them in a large salad bowl.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to the bowl with the cucumbers.
