Ingredients

  • 200 grams Romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 100 grams Feta cheese
  • 50 grams Kalamata olives
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 30 ml Red wine vinegar
  • 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold running water. Dry it using a salad spinner or pat dry with paper towels. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Peel the cucumber, slice it in half lengthwise, and then slice each half into thin half-moons. Add the cucumber slices to the salad bowl.

Step 3

Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half. Add the halved tomatoes to the salad bowl.
