  • 1 small eggplant
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 4 pieces low-carb tortilla wraps
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup tzatziki sauce

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and place them in a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the chicken. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
