Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 0.5 pound Ground beef
  • 0.5 pound Diced chicken breast
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1 diced Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk these dry ingredients together until well combined.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add in the olive oil and water. Stir until blended.

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough a few times on a surface dusted with coconut flour until smooth.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten into a circle, about 6-8 inches in diameter, using a rolling pin.
