  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 4 links Sausage links
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 leaves Large Romaine Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the meats: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 8 minutes. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into small pieces.

In the same skillet, cook the sausage links until browned and cooked through, approximately 10 minutes. Once cooled slightly, slice into bite-sized pieces.
