  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 cups Ketchup (sugar-free)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste.
