Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef or lamb
  • 200 grams Almond flour
  • 50 grams Coconut flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 60 ml Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.

Add ground beef or lamb to the skillet and brown the meat, breaking it up with a spatula.

Stir in cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook the mixture for 8-10 minutes until the meat is cooked through, then set aside to cool slightly.
