  • 1 tablespoon Erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

Directions

Step 1

Begin by gently crushing the cardamom pods, cloves, ginger, and peppercorns using a mortar and pestle to release their flavors.

In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil over medium heat.
