Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon ghee or coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup, finely chopped red onion
  • 0.25 cup, finely chopped tomato
  • 1 finely chopped (adjust to taste) green chili
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized bowl, crack the eggs and add the heavy cream. Whisk them together until you have a smooth mixture.

Add the turmeric powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Whisk again until the spices are fully incorporated.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the ghee or coconut oil.
