  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 50 grams Erythritol sweetener
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 ml Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 50 grams Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 20 grams Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 30 grams Crushed walnuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, erythritol, and salt. Set aside.

Step 2

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Step 3

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until you have a smooth batter.

Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with a small amount of butter.
