Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 8 pieces Butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 whole Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Brush the Mahi Mahi fillets with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
