Ingredients

  • 400 grams Canned mackerel
  • 100 grams Almond flour
  • 30 grams Coconut flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 small Green chili
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 250 milliliters Cooking oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

Drain the canned mackerel and transfer it to a mixing bowl. Break it into smaller chunks using a fork.

Step 2

Add the almond flour and coconut flour to the bowl with the mackerel, mixing until well combined.

Step 3

Chop the green chili finely and add it to the mixture along with the ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder.

Step 4

In a separate small bowl, beat the eggs lightly and add them to the mackerel mixture. Mix until everything is well-integrated to form a batter.
