Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 head cauliflower florets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 5-7 minutes, until tender but not mushy. Drain and set aside.
