Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Cauliflower
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 tablespoons Green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large pot with boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes or until tender.

Step 3

Drain the cauliflower well and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.

Step 4

Add cream cheese, butter, and garlic powder to the cauliflower. Use a hand blender or a food processor to blend the mixture until smooth.

Step 5

Pour in the heavy cream and season with salt and black pepper. Continue to blend until the consistency is creamy and smooth.

Fold in 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup of bacon crumbles, and half of the green onions into the cauliflower mixture.
