Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 unit large eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese slices
  • 8 leaves large iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 small red onion
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices pickles

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or frying pan to medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and the egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties.
