  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 slices lemon slices

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
