  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the fresh parsley, basil, and thyme and set aside.

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined.
