  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut aminos

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

Step 2

Pat the pork belly dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy skin.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well.

Step 4

Rub the spice mixture thoroughly over the entire pork belly, ensuring even coverage.
