Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 0.5 cup Parsley
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Ground allspice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and parsley, and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, chopped parsley, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, ground allspice, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3

Mix the ingredients with your hands until well combined. The mixture should be evenly seasoned.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a long patty around skewers or leave them as individual patties.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the kafta patties with olive oil to prevent sticking.
