  • 2 cups Almond flour

  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 teaspoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 3 large Egg
  • 0.25 cup Butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup Baking soda
  • 4 cups Water for boiling
  • 1 tablespoon Coarse salt for topping

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

Add one cup of water and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 4

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and then add them to the dough mixture along with the melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each into a log about 6 inches long, resembling traditional Laugenstange.
