Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 leaves lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Finely mince 3 cloves of garlic and one small onion.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, minced onion, 2 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp salt, and 0.5 tsp black pepper.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands until well combined.

Form the lamb mixture into a rectangular loaf shape and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
