Ingredients

  • 500 grams white fish fillets
  • 250 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 30 grams coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves finely grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Directions

Step 1

1. Cut the white fish fillets and shrimp into small pieces and place them in a food processor.

2. Add egg whites, coconut flour, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to the food processor.
