Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes until melted. Stir until well combined.

Step 3

Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and one egg to the melted cheese mixture. Mix well until a dough forms.

Step 4

Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and flatten it into an oval boat shape using your hands. Create a raised edge around the perimeter to hold the cheese filling.
