  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 large Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 2 small Green chilies
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium Lemon

Directions

Step 1

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies.

Step 3

Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until it turns translucent, about 4 minutes.

Add the garlic, ginger, and green chilies to the onions, and sauté for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
