Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 medium, grated Onion
  • 2 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp, chopped Fresh dill
  • 1 head, chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium, diced Cucumber
  • 200 g, halved Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium, thinly sliced Red onion
  • 100 g, crumbled Feta cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into an elongated oval kebab shape around a wooden or metal skewer.

Brush the kebabs lightly with olive oil and place them on the preheated grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
