Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 Large egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 cup Tomato sauce (sugar-free)
  • 0.5 cup Diced bell pepper
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, until melted and smooth. Stir until well combined.

Step 3

Add the almond flour, egg, and salt to the cheese mixture. Mix well to form a dough. It might be sticky, but this is normal.

Step 4

Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands or a rolling pin to spread the dough into a round pizza crust about 1/4-inch thick.

Step 5

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until it starts to turn golden brown.

Step 6

While the crust is baking, prepare the kebab topping. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and onion powder. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Step 7

Once the crust is ready, spread the tomato sauce evenly over it.

Step 8

Top with the cooked beef mixture, then sprinkle with diced bell pepper, thinly sliced red onion, and sliced kalamata olives.

Step 9

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the toppings are heated through and the edges of the crust are crispy.

Step 10

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Step 11

Slice and serve. Enjoy your keto kebab pizza while it's hot!
