Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Black tea leaves
  • 4 Cardamom pods
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 5 strands Saffron strands
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Pour 2 cups of water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat.

Step 2

Add 1 tablespoon of black tea leaves to the boiling water.

Step 3

Slightly crush 4 cardamom pods with the back of a spoon and add them to the pan.

Step 4

Add 1 cinnamon stick and 5 saffron strands to the mixture.

Step 5

Allow the tea and spices to simmer for 5 minutes until the water is infused with the flavors.

Step 6

Reduce the heat to low and pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, stirring continuously.

Step 7

Add 2 tablespoons of erythritol and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until the erythritol is fully dissolved.

Step 8

Simmer the tea for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend thoroughly.

Step 9

Strain the tea into cups to remove the tea leaves and spices.
