Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Shawarma spice mix
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 200 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 100 grams Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 100 grams Cucumber, diced
  • 100 grams Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 100 grams Garlic mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken thighs into thin strips.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the chicken strips, olive oil, shawarma spice mix, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Preheat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the marinated chicken strips and cook for about 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
