  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 150 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ginger paste, garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and coarsely crushed black peppercorns to create a marinade.

Step 2

Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and ensure they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for best results.

Heat the butter in a large, non-stick pan over medium heat.

Step 4

Once the butter has melted and is slightly foamy, add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan.

Step 6

Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving dish.

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.

Step 8

Serve hot with a side of raita or a simple cucumber salad for a complete keto-friendly meal.
