Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cashew flour
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Erythritol
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Rose water

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized non-stick pan, heat the heavy cream over low heat until warm.

Step 2

Add the erythritol to the warm cream and stir continuously until completely dissolved.

Step 3

Slowly add in the cashew flour and almond flour to the cream mixture, and mix until it forms a smooth paste.

Step 4

Stir in the ghee, cardamom powder, and rose water, continue stirring until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.

Step 5

Switch off the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly for about 5 minutes.

Step 6

While slightly warm, transfer the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper.

Step 7

Place another sheet of parchment paper on top and roll out the mixture evenly using a rolling pin to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Step 8

Once rolled out, set it aside to cool completely at room temperature.

Step 9

After it has cooled, cut the rolled mixture into diamond-shaped or square pieces using a sharp knife.

Step 10

Carefully separate the pieces and serve. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
