  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 3 minced Garlic cloves

  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, and minced garlic.

Step 2

Add the chopped cilantro, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes to the meat mixture.

Pour in the olive oil and lemon juice, then mix everything thoroughly with your hands or a spoon until well combined.
