  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Salt

  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, dissolve 2 tablespoons of salt in 4 cups of water to create a brine.

Submerge the chicken breasts in the brine and refrigerate for 15 minutes to 1 hour.
