  • 0.5 cups Unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cups Sugar-free raspberry jam

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese together until fluffy and well combined.
