Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 20 pieces Pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup Spinach, fresh
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until the mixture can be stirred to a smooth consistency.

Step 3

Add the almond flour, egg, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms. You may need to knead it a little with your hands.

Step 4

Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a rectangular shape, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
