Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cups Coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 5 large Eggs
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 0.25 cups Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well.

Step 3

Melt the cream cheese and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl or in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Step 4

In another bowl, beat the eggs until light and frothy. Add the melted cream cheese and butter mixture along with the apple cider vinegar to the eggs, and mix until well combined.

Step 5

Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms.

Step 6

Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly distributed.

Step 7

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Step 8

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.

Step 9

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 10

Slice the bread and serve. Enjoy it fresh, or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
