  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon xanthan gum

Directions

Step 1

1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper, then sear it in the hot skillet until browned on all sides.
