  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup Sugar-free honey substitute
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 slices Lemon slices

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken thighs on both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
