  • 0.5 teaspoon xanthan gum

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated, but do not over-mix.

Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal parts. Shape each part into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
