  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup Zucchini, grated
  • 0.25 cup Butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan using butter or non-stick spray.
