Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 cup Green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tbsp Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Oil for frying

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Step 2

In another bowl, whisk together almond flour and psyllium husk powder. Add the egg and water, and mix until a dough forms.

Step 3

Knead the dough gently on a flat surface until smooth, then roll it out between two sheets of parchment paper to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Step 4

Using a round cookie cutter or a glass, cut out circles from the dough.

Step 5

Place a spoonful of the pork filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal and create a crescent shape.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the potstickers to the pan, ensuring they don’t touch each other.

Cook the potstickers for about 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
