Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 24 slices Pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, or until the cheese is melted and easy to stir. Stir them together until well combined.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Add this dry mixture to the melted cheese mixture and stir until a dough begins to form.
