Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish or sheet with parchment paper.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds or until completely melted and mixed.
