Ingredients

  • 100 grams Hazelnuts
  • 3 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Erythritol
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 50 grams Cream cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a food processor, blend the hazelnuts until they become a smooth paste, approximately 5 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.

Step 3

Add the cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt to the hazelnut paste. Blend until smooth. Set aside the mixture (this is your keto Nutella).

Step 4

In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour and baking powder. Add the coconut oil, egg, and cream cheese to the flour mixture and mix until a dough forms.

Step 5

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll each piece into a rectangle, approximately 4 inches long and 2 inches wide.
