Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.

Add the Greek yogurt and the egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms. The consistency should be sticky, but manageable.
