  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 cup Cold water

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, diced green and red bell peppers, sliced celery, sliced carrot, sliced serrano peppers, and sliced garlic.
